George Hamilton has quit the jungle, ITV has revealed. The 70 year old Hollywood veteran is the third person to walk out of the camp, following the footsteps of Camilla Dallerup, who left due to ill health, and Katie Price.
An ITVspokesperson confirmed Hamilton’s exit, saying: “We can confirm that George has left the jungle. You will have to watch the show tonight to find out why.” Hamilton was one of the bookmakers’ favourites to win the show, which ends on Friday.
On yesterday’s episode, Hamilton spoke about leaving for the first time, admitting that he didn’t want to go “head-to-head” with people who are “starting careers”.
